Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period may incur a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a $25 fee. All renters must wear a life jacket at all times while on the water and comply with all local boating regulations. Renters are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period. A security deposit may be required. Please check in at the lodge's front desk before starting your rental.
